Walk-ins are welcome whenever stations are free, and off-peak mornings almost always have space. For Thursday-to-Sunday evenings we strongly recommend booking a station online, as peak slots between 5 PM and midnight fill quickly.

We open at 10:00 AM daily and close at 2:00 AM Sunday through Thursday, and at 4:00 AM on Friday and Saturday. Public holiday hours are posted at the door and updated on this page a week in advance.

Guests aged 15 and over are welcome unaccompanied. Players between 12 and 14 must have a parent or guardian sign a one-off consent form, and under-12s can join our supervised weekend family sessions from 10 AM to 1 PM.

Absolutely — every station has front-facing USB-C and USB-A ports for your own mouse, keyboard, or controller. You can log into your personal Steam, Epic, Riot, and Battle.net accounts; we wipe all session data automatically when you check out.

Yes. We run free in-house tournaments most Fridays and can reserve the whole floor for birthdays, corporate nights, and university LANs. Group bookings of 8 or more get a dedicated coordinator and a custom bracket on our grand-final stage.

We're a two-minute walk from Redfern Station and served by the 305 and 308 bus routes along Regent Street. Metered street parking is available on Cooper Street, and the Wilson car park on Marian Street is a five-minute walk away.
